How Are Pests Getting Into My Home?

Every home is different. For example, a newer home that is freshly sealed from the outside elements, will generally exclude insects far better than an older structure. As the home ages, and settles, over time, cracks, crevices, and openings form allowing insects to sneak into the home. With these openings in the structure, controlling an insect infestation becomes far more challenging.  On top of the structural deficiencies, humans living inside, provide needed food and water for the survival of these insects. Once inside, these pests locate food and water. Before you know it, an infestation is born

UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS

You are hiring New Era Pest Control, to remedy your pest problem, without the use of harmful, toxic chemicals. Most customers have no idea what it takes to manage a pest control program. Some things are best left with the professionals, right? I agree with that. When your car has problems, you take it to a mechanic, because their the experts. You have hired us as your pest control experts, and wer’e happy to be here, to help you along the way. As your pest control expert, one of the most important parts in a sucessful program is  correcting the structual deficiencies that allow the insects to enter the home. Then Maintain with regular interval Exterior treatments.

Some figure, they pay for pest control, and thats all they need to do,  expecting the pest control company to wave “The Magic Wand” to  resolve the pest issue and keep it away for life. In some cases the customer becomes unhappy with the results they are experiencing, and ultimately hire another pest control company, thinking they will do a better job, only to experience the “Same Old Results”. Does this sound familiar? As your pest control professional, our advise is to pest proof your home. It’s actually, very easy to do. We’ll even show you how with our Exclusion Checklist.

THE REALISTIC APPROACH

Let’s be realistic. We can do the work for you but the hourly rate to correct your structural deficiencies, would cost a pretty penny. Time is Money! Just being honest, as honesty is our best policy! Lets Be Clear. THERE IS NO MAGIC WAND TREATMENT! But, there is hope! You are hiring New Era Pest Control, to remedy your pest problem, without the use of harmful, toxic chemicals. In order to help with your pest problem, We require your assistance!  If this is inconvenient for you, and you are unable to assist,  unfortunately, you may continue to experience a continueing flow of these pests.  Does that mean that our products will not kill these pests? No, Our products will kill the pests eventually, but even though our products are working, they will not stop the flow of these pests from entering the home. Stopping the flow with pest proofing, servicing to get rid of the live pests inside, and maintaining the exterior on regular intervals, is the best way to treat your pest problem. Isn’t your family worth it? HELP US HELP YOU!

How Does The Maintenance Program Work?

  • Our maintenance service is designed to ensure that the pest(s) reported, and initially serviced, stay where they belong, outside your home. We live in South Florida and It’s not a matter of “IF” these pests will return, but “WHEN” they will return. Without a maintenance plan in place, these pests will be back. Don’t lose your initial investment, keep the bugs away with one of our maintenance plan offerings
  • Once the infestation levels of your pest problem have been controlled, there are 2 maintenance plans we offer in order to keep these pests under control. Depending on pest levels, structural challenges, sanitary conditions, pest thresholds, and customer participation, control frequencies and methods, may vary.

  • Monthly Maintenance Program is designed for those more challenging pest problems, where more frequent servicing is needed, due to age of structure, plant, shrubs and tree challegnes, structural maintenance issues, and sanitation issues.
  • This program is also great for Spring and Summer Months, when pests are more active. Our Monthly service will be performed on a monthly basis and offers a 30 day warranty period. A credit card on file is required for our maintenance program. The credit card will be charged the morning of the service, to ensure available funds. If you should continue to experience infestation levels during this warranty period, we will return to correct the issue at no cost to you. Monthly Service Customers must schedule their next monthly service within 30 days of the last regular service provided. An additional 15 days will be honored allowing a maximum of 45 days to schedule the next monthly service. Warranty service will only be offered for 30 days from the last regular service provided (Not from a callback).  If service is not scheduled within 45 days of the last regular service performed, an initial service WILL BE REQUIRED at a discounted rate, to restart our maintenance program.

  • EOM Maintenance Program (Every Other Month) is great for those less active months (Winter and Fall) or for those accounts where structural issues, sanitary conditions, and customer participation are not an issue.
  • Our technicians will assess and recommend frequencies of service, based on these conditions if they exist. A credit card on file is required for our maintenance program. The credit card will be charged the morning of the service, to ensure available funds.
  • EOM Service Customers must schedule their next monthly service within 60 days of the last regular service provided. An additional 15 days will be honored allowing a maximum of 75 days to schedule the next bi-monthly service. Warranty service will only be offered for 60 days from the last regular service provided (Not from a callback).  If service is not scheduled within 75 days of the last regular service performed, an initial service WILL BE REQUIRED at a discounted rate, to restart our maintenance

  • NOTE: Please Do Your Part. If the technician notifies you of  a  pest entry related deficiency, please correct that deficiency as soon as possible. If not, the insects may continue to enter via those deficiencies. If after numerous notifications, these deficiencies are ignored and uncorrected by the customer, additional charges may apply for additional work associated with the continuous flow of insects.  New Era Pest Control Inc. Is not responsible for pest proofing or repairs of any kind. We reserves the right to refuse warranty service if customer is not willing to participate in the pest management program. Additional charges may apply. Help Us Help You!

Once control of the pest has been achieved, we will treat the exterior exclusively! No further need to enter the home, No need to schedule services, No need to be home, making your service a snap, and it’s guaranteed! If you should have any problems, we will return and service the inside as needed, once again at no charge to you. Our techs will completely treat the exterior of your home at regular intervals, blocking insects from entering the home. With your help, the goal is to seal insects out of the structure, keeping them where they belong, outside.  We’ll, take care of the rest! Placing a protective barrier around the exterior of the home on regular intervals.

Note: In order to perform the proper exterior service, please remove all items along exterior walls. It is impossible to get under stacks of debris like construction materials, tile, items with tarps, etc. These areas are  of great concern. Please check out our “Exclusion Checklist”. Insects and rodents, love to hide under things that are undisturbed for long periods of time. Create a 2 foot clear path along exterior walls. Don’t void your warranty! Let’s work together. Help Us Help You!

How Does The Initial Service Work?

Our Initial Service is the series of appointments required to gain control over a pest problem or infestation (usually 2 to 3 services). Before entering into one of our maintenance programs, this service is required to assure infestation levels do not exist, moving forward.

How Will I Be Notified When My Service is Due?

REGULAR INTERVAL SERVICING IS KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL PEST CONTROL PROGRAM
Our natural pest control maintenance program, greatly depends on your commitment to regular interval servicing, without excessive gaps between each service. Excassive gaps between services, allow infestation levels to return.  Unfortunately, these excessive gaps may void your warranty, and we will not be able to assist if the warranty period has expired.

SCHEDULING YOUR SERVICE
For your convenience, our automated system allows us to send you notifications for service appointments, via text message, and email simultaneously. We recommend text based messaging as it is far quicker than checking emails. When your service is approaching its approximate due date, we will gently remind you.

PLEASE RESPOND – EVEN IF YOU CANT CONFIRM THE DATE AND TIME
All we ask is that you reply to our messages, even if you cannot confirm the appointment. Simply let us know if the service date does not work for your needs. If you cant commit to the date, reschedule your service (R) and let us know what dates may better work for your service. We will make every effort to schedule based on availability. Best results occur when you schedule your service well in advance. Don’t wait till the last minute, and expect a spot to be available. Ultimately, we will try our best to schedule your service, but if a reply is not received,  we may continue to send notifications on your behalf. It is ultimately the customers responsibility to ensure that their service is scheduled. We will do our part, please do yours.

CONFIRMING YOUR SERVICE MUST BE COMPLETED TO SCHEDULE THE JOB
Ocassionally, customers who do not reply to our messages, may forfeit the date and time offered, as other customers looking for service may take the date for their own service. “FIRST COME FIRST SERVED!”

Properly confirming your service, places the job on the schedule for your technician to see. If you do not confirm properly, the tech will not see your job, and we will not show up for the service. So if your wondering why the tech is not there on time, perhaps you did not confirm the service. If you properly confirmed you will receive a message confirming the service. If you do not receive that message, you are not confirmed, please reach out to us to reschedule.

PLEASE RESPOND ASAP – FIRST COME, FIRST CONFIRMED!

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

New Era Pest Control Inc. Requires that a valid credit card be stored and maintained for billing purposes. All information is stored securely and encrypted. The credit card on file will be debited the morning of the service to verify funds availability, and a payment receipt will be sent via email.

We Gladly excepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery, and most major credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, bank transfers, or extend credit. Net terms are not available for residential services.

What if I Cannot Make A Confirmed Appointment?

Life Happens! We get that, and occasionally, your going to miss an appointment because something came up. You may cancel your service outside a 24 hour period without penalty. If you should cancel your appointment, within a 24 hour period of a confirmed service, there will be a $25.00 charge. In addition, if the property is not made readily available for service after confirming the appointment, a charge of $25.00 will be charged. Why would we charge this fee? Setting schedules for customers is a great challenge. Once your appointment is scheduled, agreed upon, and confirmed by you, canceling your service within 24 hours, does not provide us with enough time to schedule another customer, ultimately losing the revenue that would have been generated. Paying technicians for that hour while no work is being generated, cost the company time and money. Please be considerate and call us well in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

What If I Still Have A Problem? Will You Return?

YES! For most services provided, please remember, we do not use toxic chemicals to control insects. Our premise is to exclude, prevent, bait, and monitor without the use of toxic products. We were hired because you no longer wanted these chemicals in your home, effecting your children, pets, even yourself.  Our baiting program requires time for the insects to interact with our products. This process may take some time, and we ask that you allow a minimum of 7 to 10 days to begin to work.  If for instance, there are other food sources that you may be providing for the insects, like food scraps on the counters or floors, this program may take longer, until those food sources are removed, leaving only our products to choose from.

Our Diatomacious Earth Based products take time, as the insects must come in contact with the product, before it can wear away at their waxy coating, ultimately dehydrating. Please be patient as this process unfolds.

Depending on the service provided, many offer a warranty period.  Please check your invoice and service type for the warranty details offered. Please note, we will not perform a return warranty service outside of the warranty period.  Warranty service is only valid for those customers who are active, and in good standing. If these criteria are met, we will schedule your warranty return service (Callback), as soon as possible.

We understand you are experiencing an issue, and want to correct the issue as soon as we can. Every effort will be made to contact, schedule and perform the callback, as soon as we can.

Have you done your part? Many times, problems persist when there are some exclusion descrepencies that have not been corrected.  Please ensure that these items have been corrected before calling us for a callback service.

NOTE: We will not return for dead insect sightings. Please know that dead insects mean our products are working.

Our callback service provides treatment for the problem area only,  and/or contributing areas like a window or door, and will not include a complete re-treat of the property. Our technician will determine the areas to be retreated and notify the findings.

If we feel that we need additional services to gain control of your pest problem, there may be an addition charge of 85.00 per service.

For those on our maintenance program, the next regular service date, is not generated from the callback date, but from the last performed regular service date.

If continuous callbacks are noticed, we may require that service be performed at more frequent intervals. This is common as every home and insect problem is different.

New Era Pest Control Inc. Reserves the right to refuse service if the customer is unwilling to correct deficiencies outlined in our inspection reports. We also have the right to cancel service if we feel that the circumstances contributing to the insect issues are beyond our control.

A New Era In Pest Control

We know your family is important. As you have already seen, our pest control service works differently than most other companies. Were not throwing toxic chemicals at the problem, but using common sense to gain control without the use of these chemicals. After all, you solicited our services, for this very same reason. Otherwise, you could have hired any one of the hundreds of pest control companies in existence. Maybe you have and your looking for a change. If you are, you came to the right place, but unless your willing to help us help you, you will experience the “Same Old Results”.We’re depending on you to correct the areas that are allowing these pests into your home. As part of our IPM program, keeping the insects outside where they belong is an important part. Many times, correcting simple things like broken window screens, a gap under a door, a series of cracks leading into the structure, can really make a difference.

Like maintaining your vehicle to keep it running optimally, your home requires the same attention. In order to keep pests out of the home, some maintenance on your part is required. As we work together to get rid of your pest problem, we depend on your participation. The area(s) where the insects are entering the home must be fixed or your pest problem will continue. Seeing dead bugs, yet they continue to show up? Seeing live bugs and they just don’t go away? Stop them from entering the structure!

Below I have created a list of the most common and correctable ways, insects will enter your home. This list has been compiled from my, over 40 years of experience in the pest control Industry. Follow the advise I have provided and watch your pest problems disappear. Without your efforts, expect the “Same Old Results! Thanking You In Advance! You Won’t Regret It!

Exterior – Exclusion Checklist

REPAIR & FIT SOFFET SCREENS

Its very important that the Eave Screens, or Soffet Screens are intact and sealed flush, to ensure insects or rodents cannot enter the attic space. This is a common area where ants and roaches enter the attic space. Once in the attic, they work their way down a wall and out any crack or crevice they can find. Typically, electrical conduit, wall outlets, gaps around pipes, cable caps, etc. Unfortunately, if this is not corrected, you may continue to have issues.

Actions

  • INSPECT SCREENS FOR TEARS
  • ENSURE FRAMES ARE SQUARE
  • NO GAPS ALLOWED!

DO NOT ALLOW TREES TO TOUCH THE HOUSE!

I cannot stress how important this is. Ants, roaches and rodents, use trees commonly to travel back and forth to a water or food source inside your home. Once on the roof, they will look for cracks, voids, or openings, finding there way into the attic, down the walls, commonly traveling along electrical conduit and out any gap, crack or void they can find. Typical destinations are kitchen and bathroom where the water supply is. Unfortunately, if this is not corrected, you may continue to have issues.

Actions

  • TRIM TRES REGULARLY
  • NO TREES TOUCHING HOUSE
  • TRIM PALM THATCH REGULARLY

REPAIR WINDOW SCREENS!

This one is a no brainer. Guess what window screens are designed for? Pest prevention. Ensuring that window screens are in good working order is very important in keeping insects out of the house. Making sure that they fit flush around the edges is key. Screens that don’t fit properly, or have holes or slices are useless and will let pests into your home. Unfortunately, if this is not corrected, you may continue to have issues.

Actions

  • INSPECT SCREENS FOR TEARS
  • ENSURE FRAMES ARE SQUARE
  • NO GAPS ALLOWED!

SEAL ALL ENTRY POINTS

Make sure that you take care of this important step. Ensuring that you create a solid seal around all lines entering or exiting the structure. This is an intregal part in pest prevention, and will help dramatically, in keeping pests where they belong, outside! Seal ac lines, water spouts, AC drain lines, Dryer exhaust vents. Unfortunately, if this is not corrected, you may continue to have issues.

Actions

  • SEAL ALL ENTRY POINTS
  • CAULKING, STEEL WOOL, FOAM
  • SEAL COMPLETELY

SEAL WINDOWS AND DOORS

Sealing around windows and doors are one of the best things you can do to prevent insects. Ants, and roaches can easily slip through cracks and gaps around windows and door frames. These pests are only interested in water and food for survival. They are not in your house to make your life miserable.  Keep them out, seal windows and doors. Unfortunately, if this is not corrected, you may continue to have issues.

Actions

  • CAULK WINDOWS AND DOORS
  • INSPECT FOR CRACKS AND GAPS
  • RAPAIR BROKEN GLASS/SCREENS

REMOVE EXCESSIVE FOLIAGE

As you can see, this technician cannot do his job because of the excessive foliage growth. Exterior foliage can surely make a home look beautiful. Properly maintained foliage is a must in pest prevention, as foliage that grows wild, bridges onto the home, allowing foraging insects to easily find access points into the structure. Creating a 2 foot gap between foliage and exterior walls, prevents insect traffic, ultimately, improving the odds that insects will not be an issue. Unfortunately, if this is not corrected, you may continue to have issues.

Actions

  • TRIM AWAY FROM HOUSE
  • CREATE 2 FOOT BUFFER
  • KEEP TREES OFF OF HOUSE

ELIMINATE GAPS UNDER EXTERIOR DOORS

This is very important!! Fix gaps under EXTERIOR doors. Insects can easily enter the home through these gaps. Especially, front and back doors, including sliding glass doors and don’t forget the garage door. If there is a door entering the kitchen from the garage, pay particular attention to that door, or you will get roaches entering the kitchen from the garage. We see this many times! Use a flashlight on opposite side of the door. If you can see light coming in under the exterior doors, more than likely, you already have an insect problem. Unfortunately, if this is not corrected, you will continue to have problems.

Actions

  • NO GAPS – EXTERIOR DOORS
  • INSTALL DOOR SWEEPS
  • SEAL OUT ROACHES

CLEAN THOSE GUTTERS!

As you can see, leaf clutter in gutters creates the same conditions as mulch does. As leaves fall into the gutters, leaf clutter is created over time. Rain is added and a compost is created. This compost allows ants, roaches and other insects to live and breed in those conditions. If you have a problem with eave screens, cracks and crevices, you will eventually have a problem with these insects. Clean gutters regularly, removing leaf clutter to help with your insect issues. Unfortunately, if this is not corrected, you will continue to have problems.

Actions

  • CLEAN GUTTERS REGULARLY
  • DON’T FORGET DOWNSPOUTS
  • REMOVE TO IMPROVE

MULCH BREEDS INSECTS

Mulch is the best and easiest way to attract insects. Mulch, holds moisture and produces the exact conditions needed for insect growth. Shade, moisture, and decay. Ideal conditions for roaches, ants, millipedes, centipedes, and many more. Mulch also absorbs any pest control products used by pest control pro’s. The products never reach the pests below. Removing mulch can dramatically improve your pest problems. Try using small rocks or pebbles, a much better solution. Unfortunately, if this is not corrected, you will continue to have problems.

Actions

  • REMOVE EXTERIOR MULCH
  • REPLACE WITH PEBBLES
  • CREATE 2 FOOT BUFFER

Tips & Tricks

Here are some additional goodies that will help with your Roach Issues.

Interior – Checklist

CORRECT SANITATION ISSUES

If this is you, We personally don’t care. Its none of our business. However, if your expecting to get rid of a roach, ant or rodent problem, this must be corrected. Roaches, ants and rodents need food and water. These conditions provide both. This must be corrected in order to effectively begin an insect control program. Keep all counters and floors free from food and water. Unfortunately, if this is not resolved, you will continue to experience the problem.

Actions

  • CLEAN UNDER REFRIGERATOR
  • CLEAN INDER STOVE
  • CLEAN COUNTERS

NO CLUTTER UNDER THE SINKS

Insects and rodents want to be close to a water source. They will find any place they can hide near that source. Especially in areas that are undisturbed, dark, and that provide places to hide. Clutter is a major contributor in an American Roach problem. Removing clutter is key. Get rid of any clutter under the sink.  This is a must. If you do not resolve this issue, you will continue to experience insect problems.

Actions

  • REMOVE ALL PAPER GOODS
  • PROVIDE NO PLACE TO HIDE
  • SEAL PIPE UNDER SINK

NO CLUTTER IN THE GARAGE

Customers wonder why they have roaches in the garage, and in the kitchen, when conditions like this exist. Clutter creates places for roaches to live and breed. Heat in the garage, contributes to this problem. If there is a door leading into the kitchen, from the garage and there are gaps under that door, you will get roaches in the kitchen, as they are only looking for water and food for survival. Get rid of clutter in the garage, and watch the roaches desrease.

Actions

  • REMOVE CLUTTER
  • KEEP ITEMS AWAY FROM WALL
  • KEEP ITEMS 6 INCHES OFF GROUND

SEAL GAPS AROUND PIPES UNDER SINKS

The #1 Place where roaches come into the home is the gap around pipes and water supply lines in kitchen and bathrooms. Roaches can get into the walls, and will try to enter the home through these gaps in search of food or water.

Actions

  • SEAL GAP AROUND PIPE
  • SEAL AROUND WATER LINES
  • REMOVE CLUTTER UNDER SINK

SEAL BASEBOARD CRACKS AND GAPS

Roaches and ants can enter the home very easily via cracks and crevices under baseboards. Especially, if they are in the walls. It is most important that all gaps in baseboards be sealed. Using caulking or 1/4 round molding to cover those gaps. Sealing these gaps will greatly help with your insect problems.

Actions

  • SEAL GAPS WITH CAULKING
  • FLUSH W/FLOORS NO GAPS
  • USE 1/4 ROUND MOLDING

CLOSE THE DRAINS WHEN NOT IN USE

Contrary to popular belief, roaches do come up from the drain pipes. These pipes lead to the sewer or septic tank. These pipes, upon normal use, keep water in the P trap. This usually will deter roaches from coming up. But if these are not being used regularly, the pipe will dry out, allowing roaches to come up easily. Run water in these drains weekly to ensure there is water in them. Cover all drains, when not being used. Use screen on the bottom sides of drain grates. This will prevent them from coming up.

Actions

  • KEEP DRAINS CLOSED
  • USE SCREEN UNDER GRATES
  • RUN WATER WEEKLY

SEAL WALL OUTLET COVERS

It is very common for roaches and ants to travel in the walls of your home. Most of the time, we never even notice there may be ainsects traveling in the wall. These insects will pop out any gap, crack, or crevice they can find in order to enter the areas where food or water reside. Its a matter of survival. Ensure all wall plates and switch plates are sealed and flush to the wall for better roach control. Remove the wallplate and use caulking on the backside and replace, creating a tight seal.

Actions

  • FLUSH WALL PLATES
  • USE CAULKING TO SEAL
  • ENSURE NO GAPS EXIST

SEAL GAP AROUND PIPE

Most do not realize, the gap around the pipe coming in from the wall is what needs to be sealed, not the thin wooden membrane inside the cabinet. Many think sealing the thin membrane is all that is needed. This is not true. This only keeps the roaches from getting into the cabinet. This not keep them from getting in under the cabinets. There is a gap behind the cabinet, and a larger one under the cabinets. If not sealed behind the cabinet, roaches will appear from the sides and underneath the cabinets.

Actions

  • SEAL PIPE BEHIND CABINET
  • SEE IMAGE ABOVE
  • REMOVE CLUTTER UNDER SINK

SEAL/SCREEN CEILING FAN

If your experiencing a roach issue in the bathroom, check the ceiling fan for gaps. Roaches can easily slip through cracks in the ceiling fan grate. In many cases, placing screen under the ceiling fan, and sealing around the cap will keep roaches from entering your bathrooms. Most have no idea roaches are dropping down from the ceiling fan. Roaches can flatten themselves down to 1/8 of an inch, slipping through cracks very easily. Take care of this issue to help with roaches in the bathroom.

Actions

  • SEAL WITH CAULKING
  • ENSURE FAN IS SLUSH NO GAPS
  • SCREEN FROM UNDERSIDE

SEAL AROUND WINDOWS

Many insects enter areas where water or food is present. The way they do that is through the window. Think about it! If there are cracks, crevices, or breakages in windows or screens, these pests will enter for the water source. Sealing the inside and outside of the windows is a critical step in minimizing the pest population. Unfortunately, if this is not performed, your pest issue may continue.

Actions

  • SEAL GAPS USING CAULKING
  • ENSURE SCREENS ARE INTACT
  • REPAIR ALL HOLES AND GAPS

SEAL TOILET BASE COMPLETELY

Roaches live in the sewer and septic tanks. Most dont know there is an O ring that seals the toilet to the floor and pipe, so no gases and roaches come up from these areas. If the O ring is old and brittle, these gases and roaches will enter the home. The last line of defense in this scenario is the seal around the base of the toilet. Make sure the toilet is sealed all the way around the toilet, including the most frequently missed rear of the toilet. This can be difficult at times to get to from the rear and is the most common place where roaches will enter the bathrooms.

Actions

  • SEAL TOILET COMPLETELY
  • INCLUDING REAR OF THE TOILET
  • SEAL WATER SUPPLY LINES

DRY PIPES AND TOILETS BRING ROACHES

If your experiencing roaches in the bathrooms, the first place to look will be the drain covers, dry pipes, sinks and tiolets. Sometimes, we don’t use certain bathrooms for a period of time. Not using these, will allow the pipes and drains to dry out. Water in these pipes keep roaches from coming up from the septic or sewer. Making sure that you run water in these sinks, toilets and drains, weekly, will help dramatically with this issue.

Actions

  • KEEP DRAINS COVERED WHEN NOT IN USE
  • RUN WATER WEEKLY IN ALL DRAINS
  • FLUSH TOILET WEEKLY

SEAL ALL GAPS IN BATHROOM

Very important! Sealing all gaps and cracks where roaches and ants enter the bathroom is very important. Moisture and time can wear away at the silicone caulking. Keeping fresh caulking in those cracks and crevices, is important in taking away the possibility that roaches and ants will enter or hide in these cracks. Seal all cracks and crevices. Also place caulking  on the back of shower head cap, to keep roaches and ants from entering through the gap around the shower head pipe.

Actions

  • SEAL GAPS AROUND TUBS
  • SEAL TUB BASE GAPS
  • SEAL SHOWER HEAD GAPS

DO YOU HAVE SEPTIC OR SEWER?

Are you seeing an abundance of roaches all of a sudden? This can occur when the septic tank becomes full, or if a pipe rusts out and breaks. This is very common. Plumbing issues, a full septic tank, or broken pipes can produce a sudden surge in roach activity. If a septic tank issue exists, usually in older homes, Roach activity could be numerous on the exterior of the home. It could also become an issue if broken pipes in the wall occur.

Actions

  • EMPTY SEPTIC TANK REGULARLY
  • NOTIFY YOUR TECHNICIAN
  • REPORT ANY PLUMBING ISSUES
