Monty was very professional and polite. His sons showed up to complete the inspection and service. They were just as professional and courteous as their father. After just a couple of days insects are pretty much nonexistent inside. I'm very happy with their work.

This review is long overdue! I’ve been using New Era Pest Control in Miami for over five years and couldn’t be happier with their service. They specialize in safe, non-toxic, natural pest control, which is very important to me and my family.

I use them for both my home and my business, and the results have always been excellent. They are consistently reliable and extremely trustworthy. The technicians are punctual, courteous, and professional every single time, and they clearly take pride in their work.

The owner, Monty, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and is always willing to answer questions or provide guidance when needed. It’s rare to find a family-owned business like this one that delivers such dependable service and genuinely cares about its customers.

Do not hesitate to try this natural pest control company. It’s much safer for the environment, our health, and the health of our families, pets, and those we love, while delivering amazing results. There is no better feeling than knowing your home and business are pest free!

Even after more than five years, they still deliver the same five-star service they did on day one. Thank you so much, Monty and the New Era team! I truly appreciate all that you do. If I could give you all 10 stars, I would and I highly recommend you to my friends and family!
